Refund and Returns

Order not Delivered?

If for some reason, your order is not delivered or is damaged in transit, we will ship you a replacement or issue you a full refund as per your request.

You can request Reshipment or Refund

  • After 30 days (If the order is not delivered), within 7 days timeline.
  • After receiving the order (If received damaged products), within 7 days timeline.

Note that refund won’t be issued if you cancel the order after placing it.

Late or missing refunds

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

After issuing a refund, your bank usually makes the refund available to you within 7-10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 7-10 business days, please contact your bank for help.
